If you are the type that always eats red meat or processed meat like canned beef Frequently then you might need to stop if you care about your health. This is because these foods contain high amounts of nitrites and sodium which may cause type 2 diabetes in some people.
3. Carbonated drinks: This is another thing that can trigger diabetes because they can spike one’s sugar level. Carbonated drinks contain a lot of sugar and they can be the cause of diabetes in some people.
