The EastEnders actor could soon become the new ‘nation’s sweetheart’ before heading off to Hollywood, according to PR experts.

With one telling The Sun: ‘Strictly will show the US how versatile he is and no doubt make him even more appealing, he could be the star of the next hit drama to come from across the pond.’

PR guru Carla Speight said: ‘He’s likely to find himself with a ‘golden handcuffs’ style contract, after a short bidding war between the channels’.
